
You must start only by one type per day, preferably in the
morning and with a small quantity and notice the effect on your child during the day. Try as much as possible to prepare fresh baby food by your self, this is better than resorting prepared foods, avoid the use of metal utensils, use good hygiene with their children before preparing food ,try to use the tools of attractive colors and shapes. Avoid adding sugar or salt to food or provide for the child the amount of juices more than 120 ml per day to avoid diarrhea.
